    Knowledge Road provides SETSS services to schools across New York. They came to us with two goals: reach more school partners and attract qualified teaching talent. This meant creating focused digital pathways for both audiences.

    The work centered on building B2B outreach campaigns that would open conversations with schools, while simultaneously developing recruitment channels for their staffing needs.

    Aproach

    We structured the work around two distinct funnels. For school partnerships, we created email campaigns backed by targeted landing pages that spoke directly to administrators' needs.

    The recruitment funnel focused on finding teaching talent through a mix of digital channels. Each touchpoint was designed to show what makes Knowledge Road different as an employer. Both streams were supported by SEO work to improve their visibility in relevant searches.

    Results

    The new digital systems gave Knowledge Road clear paths to both schools and potential staff. The B2B campaigns open doors with school administrators, while the recruitment funnel brings in qualified candidates.
