The Vancouver Innovation Center needed one place for its tenants to pay rent, raise requests and hear building news, and a film that shows the campus the way it feels from the air.
Overview
The VIC is a large innovation campus with many tenants and a steady stream of building news, bookings and requests. Those lived across email threads, paper forms and a legacy site.
Approach
We built a tenant portal with a single login: rent, maintenance requests, building news, room bookings, event sign-ups with waivers, and food ordering, all from a phone.
Alongside it we shot drone footage of the building and grounds for a building film, and took over the live website so new pages and updates ship on request.
Results
Tenants book, sign and pay without a phone call. The building film anchors the leasing conversation, and the site stays current without a redesign.
